Eggs at last...

It's been a long wait as our girls stopped egg production quite a while before Christmas. But at last, after much encouragement and perhaps a few waves of the stuffing mix, they're back on line. At least one of them is....



Our first egg of the season - hurrah!

  2. Great minds think alike! We are now up to 3 a day - but only recently! Hopefully egg count will increase when Mabel returns from her sabatical - together with new chap in her life!!

  11. Hi - thanks everyone, fortunately this was the first many so we didnt have to fight over it - instead we indulged in chocolate pancakes which were far too nice!
    I think your right about the yolks GLA, I dont know if its due to being grass fed or just being newer but our yolks are much yellower.
