It's been a long wait as our girls stopped egg production quite a while before Christmas. But at last, after much encouragement and perhaps a few waves of the stuffing mix, they're back on line. At least one of them is....

Hooray. You can certainly tell the difference between a freshly laid egg and those bought from the supermarket. Cute eggcup.

ReplyDeleteHi - thanks everyone, fortunately this was the first many so we didnt have to fight over it - instead we indulged in chocolate pancakes which were far too nice!
ReplyDeleteI think your right about the yolks GLA, I dont know if its due to being grass fed or just being newer but our yolks are much yellower.
